We are looking for an AI Developer specializing in financial systems to build intelligent models that support underwriting, fraud detection, and predictive analytics.
This role involves working with large datasets to develop machine learning solutions that improve risk assessment and automate financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning models for loan eligibility, risk scoring, and fraud detection.
- Analyze large volumes of financial and transactional data.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Integrate AI-driven decision systems into loan management and CRM platforms.
- Build predictive models to support underwriting and compliance processes.
- Monitor, test, and retrain models to maintain performance and accuracy.
- Document AI models and data pipelines for compliance and transparency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Financial Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in AI or machine learning development.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
- Understanding of financial data modeling and risk assessment.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
