Job Description

The Assistant Site Director supports the Site Director in the strategic and operational management of the site. This role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high team performance, and supporting overall business growth.

The Assistant Site Director also plays a key role in leadership development, team engagement, and maintaining a productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Site Director in implementing strategic initiatives and operational plans.
  • Coordinate with senior management on client initiatives and operational improvements.
  • Support the development of procedures and departments to improve site performance.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic work environment while motivating team members.
  • Ensure employees follow company policies and uphold the organization’s mission and values.
  • Assist in reviewing team performance and implementing improvement plans when necessary.
  • Support training initiatives and ensure training programs remain updated and effective.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in call center or BPO management.
  • Strong understanding of BPO performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
