· Plan, design, and launch email and SMS marketing campaigns for various business divisions.
· Write compelling marketing copy and calls to action tailored to each audience.
· Create email layouts and templates using tools like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or ActiveCampaign.
· Manage contact lists, segmentation, and campaign automation workflows.
· Monitor open rates, CTRs, conversions, and perform A/B testing to optimize results.
· Collaborate with management and design teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
· Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and data privacy regulations.
· Analyze campaign performance and prepare weekly reports with insights and recommendations.
· 2+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing or digital campaign management.
· Strong understanding of direct response marketing and lead nurturing strategies.
· Experience with email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, Klaviyo, Constant Contact).
· Familiarity with CRM systems and contact management best practices.
· Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email design is a plus.
· Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
